I’d like to exercise in my small TV room while I watch TV shows on my DVR. What would you recommend for a smaller space – treadmill, nautical, elliptical machine, etc.? Special makes, models and pricing information are appreciated.
elliptical. its my absolute favorite cardio workout
I could be on it for hours and its really quiet (depending on what kind of machine you buy)

What kind of exercise machine should I get?
by admin on Jul.08, 2010, under Exercise Machines
I have a treadmill, a great exercise bike, and an elliptical machine.
I don’t use the treadmill as I have a knee problem and it won’t get my heart rate up to target unless I try really hard.
I mostly use the exercise bike, and a little bit of the elliptical machine.
I’m kind of getting bored.
I’m thinking of a rowing machine. Would you recommend it?
Only get the machine that you think you will get the LEAST bored on (eventually you’ll get bored of all of them!). This means you are likely to spend more time o it more often and therefore get the best results for you.

How do I find an exercise machine that was sold on tv years ago?
by admin on Jun.19, 2010, under Exercise Machines
I’m looking for a small arms exercise machine that has you lay on your back (on the floor), with your arms extended on your sides, then you bring them up in front of your chest. Very simple and small. It was sold on TV about 6 years ago and I’m trying to find another one. Any suggestions?
Sometimes diet and exercising basically is not sufficient, cos there will be excess weight basically sitting around in your colon. It is not body fat, therefore it can’t be burned off, however it will be flushed out, basically by having a diet supplement. http://cenapt.yourdailydiet.info has a risk free offer available currently, I tried it and lost seventeen pounds!! Who says there is no magic bullet? LOL!!!
